About The Project

Mingle is a social media auto-posting platform that allows users to create, manage, and track membership subscriptions to sell posting tools as a service. It has a unique feature for scheduling the auto-posting of content at any chosen time. The system works well for personal profiles, business pages, groups, etc., to automatically publish to social networks.

The client came to us because managing all social media accounts at once is a challenging task. Every platform has its own format, preference, timeline, and demand. Most social media managers face this problem. They have to post each piece of content manually to Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other socials. But this was a tedious task, and there was a need for something that could delegate or automate this task.

That’s where we came in to make Mingle.

Key Project Deliverables

These were the major breakthroughs and accomplishments we achieved while working on project Mingle.

SaaS Integration

We developed Mingle as a SaaS plugin, which means any user can use it directly online. One does not need to install it. This was done to easily manage and serve unlimited customers.

Membership Levels

Added membership levels so the admin can add as many membership levels as needed. For each membership level, custom pricing can be set and determine which social networks members can access.

Payment Gateways

We integrated payment gateways like Stripe, so payments can be accepted from customers. Even recurring payments are supported. It is now easy to manage subscriptions and accept any form of payment.

Social Configuration

We created such a feature that sharing content to multiple accounts was possible. No limitations on any social media platform. Script works with profiles, business pages, community pages, groups, etc.

Scheduled Posting

Built a scheduler and a calendar module. Any user can schedule the exact time when the auto post should go out. The scheduling calendar is used to select the post date and time.

Quick Publication View

Made a quick view feature. Every time you create a wall post in Mingle, the platform generates a quick publication preview. It shows how the publication will look on social media after getting posted.

Unlimited Shares

Our Mingle Social Auto Poster PHP Script allows you to share each piece of content multiple times manually. There are no restrictions on the number of shares.

Posting Statistics

Integrated analytics and built a custom dashboard. Now, the representation of each posting with different filter options is possible. Anyone can easily examine the performance of social media posts.

Multilingual Support

Implemented localized language support for many regions. This capability guarantees access for users from different regions. Mingle has the ability to fully translate the system into any language.

Major Project Challenges

For Mingle, staying compatible while maintaining system stability wasn’t just a feature; it was a necessity. These were the other major challenges that we faced along the way.

Every social platform needs its own app and setup steps. Some, like Facebook and LinkedIn, need approval before use. Yet, the setup is clear and simple, but it required some attention.
Platforms change their rules often. What works now might stop later. We had to watch for these updates so the features kept running.
Sometimes, Meta or Twitter changes their systems without warning. This can break connections. We had to react fast to fix these issues.
Letting admins control membership levels took work. Now, anyone can easily set who gets access to which networks. It’s simple for admins and members.
Giving fair discounts for upgrades needed custom work. Now, when someone upgrades, they pay only for what they use. Upgrades are easy and fair. Members get more for their money.
Setting up recurring payments with Stripe was a big challenge. Now, payments are automatic and managed by many platforms. Also, subscriptions renew without fuss.

Solutions & Impact

As a dedicated development team, we strive to maintain stability and continuously improve. We research upcoming social media updates to stay prepared with timely integrations. These were the solutions that we presented for Mingle.

Built custom options for different membership levels. Users can pick which social networks each level can use. This keeps things simple for both admins and users. Members only see what they need.
Added recurring payments with Stripe. Billing is automatic and easy for everyone. Subscriptions renew easily without hassle automatically.
We set up automatic pro-rated discounts for upgrades. Stripe does the math, so users pay only for what they use. Upgrading is fast and fair. Members save money when they switch plans.
Made Instagram posting possible using smart tools and Facebook’s API. Now users can share to Instagram from Mingle. Posting is quick and direct. No extra steps needed.
Quickly changed what was needed for Facebook app approval. The process took less than a week. This helped users start posting sooner. This is so that social media accounts stay connected.

Lastly, we solved every challenge to build a better social media automation tool. The system keeps improving all the time. Now it is easy to get new features and fixes often. Mingle grows as the user’s needs change.
