Major Project Challenges
Syncing all the information between WooCommerce and HubSpot wasn’t easy. We needed a way to match up contacts, deals, and products, both old and new, without any issues. Building a tool that lets users select different product parts and submit their requests required extra work. It had to be easy to use and fit in smoothly with the rest of the site.
Working closely with Mopec’s development team was essential to ensure our plugin and their system could communicate without issues. Keeping user data safe was a top priority. We had to ensure everything complied with privacy rules and protected sensitive information.
Adding support for multiple languages was another challenge. The platform needed to work for people all over the world while still being easy to use. Setting up special features in the backend, such as custom settings and hooks, was necessary to manage the platform and ensure it continued to work well with future updates.
Solutions & Impact
We built solutions that meet their needs. We created a special add-on to sync all the WooCommerce data with HubSpot. This made sure customer information and orders stayed up-to-date and easy to manage.
For custom products, we set up a tool that allows users to choose the parts they want and submit their requests. Whenever someone submits a request, both the user and the admin get an automatic email, so nothing gets missed. We worked closely with Mopec’s team to connect our plugin with their system using APIs. This helped all the data flow easily and kept things running without trouble.
To keep sensitive information safe, we put strong data protection in place. This ensured everything complied with privacy rules and kept user data secure. We added support for multiple languages with a custom add-on. Now, people from around the world can use the site in their own language.
We also improved the backend by adding new settings and tools. This makes it easier to manage the platform and helps it grow in the future. With these updates, Mopec’s marketplace is now easier to use, safer, and ready for more users as the business grows.
