About The Project

We partnered with Pronim to build a dynamic, user-first real estate platform tailored for the Albanian market. The Pronim leadership team came to us to develop their portal. They wanted a website where any user could find the property that they are looking for.

When we stepped in, we consulted with them to use WordPress and Elementor to build their website. Apart from that, they wanted many other features for their website. The most demanded feature was a property showcase and search filter based on if the user wants to rent or buy. For support, they wanted a messaging module as well.

Their vision was to make real estate easy in Albania. The design was catered to two audiences: buyers and real estate professionals. We presented Pronim with a very good mobile-friendly interface, new features, virtual tours, mortgage calculators, and reviews.

Key Project Deliverables

Pronim is loaded with functionality built specifically for real estate needs. We built the platform to make it easy for buyers, with tools for both agents and agencies.

Advanced Global Search

Site-wide search with smart filters for location, property type, and price. Plus real-time suggestions for easy navigation and better property search at scale.

Property Advertisement Portal

An advertisement portal where owners, brokers, and developers can list their real estate for sale or rent was developed as well. This boosted sales and visibility of properties.

Communication Options

WhatsApp, email, and call, as well as contact forms, were integrated on the website. Now, any user can connect with realtors, agents, or property owners straight from the platform.

Dynamic Property Listings

Custom listings with filters, prices, location-specific results, and Google Maps were integrated. This module was personalized to help users quickly find the right property.

Interactive Detail Pages

Galleries and photos of the property, along with video tours, 360° views, and a zoom feature, were made live. A mortgage calculator was also integrated on the platform.

Review & Rating System

Made a module where users and agents can review properties. There is admin moderation to share personal experiences and build trust on the platform.

Major Project Challenges

Building a real estate platform wasn’t without hurdles. We had to go through a whole lot of head-scratching before the development began.

Pronim faced a lot of issues from the beginning because of its weak existing website. This was the first priority and needed to be resolved quickly.
The company didn’t have a unified digital system to connect properties, agents, and owners. Their content was scattered, and we now had to manage and rebuild it.
Interactive features, search tools, filters, and property pages all had to be custom-made.
Communication was handled manually. There had to be a system or workflow to track leads, respond to conversations, check conversions, and on other sales endpoints.
The search feature didn’t have filters, relevance, or geolocation options.
No way for users to rate or review agents/agencies. This reduced the platform’s credibility.

These challenges gave us inspiration to solve these issues and make the whole platform, process, and website features better.

Solutions & Impact

To help Pronim build a modern real estate platform, we focused on planning a lot. This was further executed to build a new architecture and user-first features customized to Albania’s market.

We started with in-depth research of industry patterns, audits, watching competitors, and analyzing stakeholder interviews. To list out all the main user types and make features in line with business goals.

Designed a clean, responsive interface optimized for browsing, filtering, and conversion. Layouts were customized to guide users toward action and keep the experience consistent.

Next, we built a scalable WordPress setup using Elementor. This came with custom post types. This gave the client complete control of content management and also for future upgrades.

Developed an intelligent search engine with filters for location, type, and price. Backend queries were tuned for speed and big data sets.

Created dynamic profiles with contact options, profile management, reviews, and property listings, plus admin-level moderation to keep content credible.
