Major Project Challenges
Making the website easy to use was a big challenge. The old site had a lot of content, which made it hard for people to find the right service fast. Getting the website to work well on phones was another challenge. Many people use their phones to look for help, but the old site was not mobile-friendly.
Converting visitors was also a difficult task. Even though people were coming to the site, there weren’t enough ways for them to get in touch or book a service. Helping SureWay appear in Google searches was also challenging. The old site didn’t have the proper setup for search engines, so not many people were finding it online.
