Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst having expertise in wordpress, laravel and will be expected to bring us innovative ideas, think strategically, work independently, and help us handle and manage our projects.
Job Profile
- Engage with our prospective clients as well as Business Development team members to understand the project requirements
- Analyze and summarize the business requirements to finalize the scope for the project
- Understand the requirements from technical and functional point of views by studying various websites and mobile applications, as needed.
- Create various project documents like BRF, BRF, SOW, SRS, Wireframe
- Conduct meetings with Business Development team members as well as Project Managers on a regular basis to discuss about the requirements and the documents prepared
- Gather critical information from various stakeholders during the meetings and produce necessary results in the form of revised documents.
- Seek confirmation on the documents from the prospective clients and thereby push the project to execution.
- Formulate the ways to help improvise the existing business processes based on previous research, thereby focusing on the company's growth.
- The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst job profile will be the one who has excellent business analysis knowledge, solid communication skills, good interpersonal and convincing skills and a good team player, a go-getter who takes his/her career before anything and has plans for a long-term sustainable and challenging career with us, as what we offer is not a short-term job affair.
Skill Required
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role in the IT service industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, IT solutions, and business processes.
- Proficiency in creating detailed RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, project management software, and CRM platforms.
