- Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT Software International Market
- Responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets
- Business Development preferably in software development company in outsourcing business
- Responsible for Bidding, Various Sales tools & online platform
- To identify and develop new markets
- To qualify leads, lead and motivate team to achieve targets
- Exposure on business development cycle for IT Sales and strong
- Experience of 4+ years in Business Development.
- Ability to plan and successfully implement strategies
- Should possess good PR skills for Accounts Handling and Relationship Building
- Excellent skills in writing, presentation & oral communication
- Think out-of-the-box in a dynamic and fast working environment
