Because of its continuous expansion, WPWeb is looking for a full-time highly-talented Business Development Manager and an ideal candidate should be able to handle the job responsibilities with professionalism, passion, and expertise, as well as possess the desired skills for consideration.

Job Profile

  • Responsible for managing inbound leads on regular basis and updating it to stakeholders
  • Ability to understand client requirement and driving the client engagement to close the lead
  • Will be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing business
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent post-sales support
  • Mainly responsible for closure of inbound leads and achieving target
  • Experience of 5+ years in Business Development especially in inbound sales and account management in IT service industry

Skills Required

  • Ability to successfully close inbound leads
  • Should possess good PR skills for Accounts Handling and Relationship Building
  • Good Team Handling abiltiy
  • Excellent skills in writing, presentation & oral communication
  • Think out-of-the-box in a dynamic and fast working environment
