Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and lead our human resources operations. Job Profile
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating practices as needed.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and provide effective resolutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and change management.
Skill Required
- Proven experience 5+ years as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional, with a successful track record in human resource management.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
