Job Profile

Skill Required

• Proven experience 5+ years as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional, with a successful track record in human resource management.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
