Job Profile

  • Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT Software International Market
  • Responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently
  • Closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets
  • Business Development preferably in software development company in outsourcing business
  • Responsible for Bidding, Various Sales tools & online platform
  • To identify and develop new markets
  • To qualify leads, lead and motivate team to achieve targets
  • Exposure on business development cycle for IT Sales and strong
  • Experience of 5+ years in Business Development

Skills Required

  • Ability to plan and successfully implement strategies
  • Should possess good PR skills for Accounts Handling and Relationship Building
  • Excellent skills in writing, presentation & oral communication
  • Think out-of-the-box in a dynamic and fast working environment
