Doity Organizador is a mobile app that makes event management easier for everyone. It helps event organizers track attendees and speed up check-in at all kinds of events, big or small. With features like real-time tracking, quick registration management, and easy check-ins using QR codes or barcodes, the app takes the stress out of running events.
Doity wanted to give organizers a tool that would handle large crowds without hassle and keep the experience suitable for guests. Major Project Challenges
Making the Doity Organizador app work for all kinds of events brought some unique challenges. The app had to handle both small meetups and huge conferences without slowing down or crashing, regardless of how many people used it.
We needed to make sure that check-ins and registrations updated instantly, even during busy times, so organizers always had the latest information. The app had to be simple to use for everyone, whether they were tech experts or just starting out. Keeping things easy and clear was very important.
Scanning barcodes and QR codes had to work quickly and correctly, no matter the lighting or what device was being used. Since the app deals with personal attendee information, we also had to make sure all data stayed safe and records were always protected.
