Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and skilled at converting prospects into long-term partnerships.

Job Profile

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions, services, or products.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the IT sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to align client expectations with deliverables.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, market insights, and client feedback.

Skill Required

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
