JB Estates have been selling the largest most prestigious houses as well as the smallest, most beautiful cottages in North Cornwall since 1971. They sell the majority of property and land in Rock, Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Port Isaac, as well as other select coastal locations in North and South Cornwall.
Our client wanted us to develop a platform for property selling with key features like advanced search, google map with cluster locations, Availability on calendar etc…

Advance search for properties
We have implemented the custom search feature based on location, price, category, person and by dates.
Share listing
Ability to share listing on different social media like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google and many more.
Availability on calendar
We have implemented the booking calendar to check the cottage availability and booking status on calendar.
Google Map
User can see all available properties on map with google cluster functionality. Clicking on the cluster will show more properties in that area.
Request Details and Viewing
Users can make a request to know more about properties and also can request to view the property.
Responsive mobile view design
The website has been designed to be compatible with all screens and devices. We have also designed separate mobile screen versions for a few pages.
Business Challenges
The task at hand was very clear and at the same time quite broad. High level of competition as there are a lot of already promoted and popular property sales services on the web. Our team met with JB Estates leadership to understand their business and challenges.

- Client wanted to develop clustered map so that nearest property can show as cluster and clicking on cluster icon, map will be zoomed to that area
- They need to store floor plans, brochures and other documents on cloud so that it doesn’t impact any load on the website.

- Developed powerful search for properties with filter options like location, price, category, bedrooms and date range
- Implemented database cache and WordPress transient concept to make search faster
- Used WooCommerce for property management and created required custom fields for property so it requires team efforts less
- Team did R & D for integrating cluster map functionality and successfully integrated in Google map
- Team implemented amazon s3 Floor plan and Brochures document so that it loads faster when user views it and also keep website memory low
