Nine years ago, Mr. Jigar Shah started WPWeb Infotech with one goal: result-oriented development and marketing with optimum client satisfaction. And the aim was to do it while ensuring a great place to work for some very hardworking and dedicated employees.
As the year ends, we celebrated our 9th Annual Function with a spectacular event filled with awards, recognition, games, competitions, and a feast for the ages.
Let’s recount the night–how the events unfolded when WPWeb Infotech decided to let loose. Starting with one people were waiting for.
Awards & Recognition
Next up, it was time to recognize the talent and those who make the best of it. It was Awards time. Awards are a way to tell the workforce that we value their efforts and that they made a difference in the organization. It also motivates the other employees to push a little further and bring the best in themselves.
From old-timers showing a great display of loyalty and dedication to the new faces, the awards were many and diverse. Let’s look at our winners.

Now, after the awards, everyone was in a jolly mood. And the mood got even lighter thanks to our anchor.
Games & Fun
The games start with a quick warm-up quiz. The fun started when some gave vague, humorous answers, whereas others resorted to Google baba. Question after question, the game got funnier. Soon enough, everyone was hooked and enjoying the night. But the night had just started, and there was more to come.
Next up, we were all divided into four teams: Blue, Purple, Green and Red.
The first game was a fun twist on Antakshari. Two distinct words were changed to different ones, and that made for some hilarious lyrics. Some were musically gifted, while others sounded like cats fighting.
Again, our anchor was the voice of reason and had us play like adults. Otherwise, it would have been madness, which should have been the name for our next game.
From the dialogue audio clipping, teams had to guess the movie name and one actor. Some got the movie wrong, some got the actors wrong. But still, two of the teams absolutely dominated.
By the end, people were so into the game, it got us to the edge of our seats. Thanks to our Anchor, though, everyone stayed composed. All in all, it was great fun to watch.

After this, there were some more games which went about as imagined–absolute madness.
Kids Games
Our employees kids also joined in the celebrations, so it was only fair to bring them some joy. They were made to bring some cool items from their parents to the anchor.

Couple Games
There were also many couples among us who competed in a balloon-popping game. It was hilarious to see them scramble and not succeed. It’s safe to say they had more enthusiasm and less coordination.
The room erupted in laughter with every successful (and not-so-successful) attempt. It was great to see everyone having fun together outside the office.

Meanwhile, others were shifting their gears down a notch and enjoying a feast.
Dinner Feast
After the game and their friendly rivalry, everyone relaxed and enjoyed the dinner. The banquet was filled with enticing aromas, and laughs, and chats were shared, making it a special evening.
Colleagues shared dinner tables rather than office tables, and steady murmurs and conversation filled the air. From sizzling starters to rich desserts, everyone had something to match their taste buds.
And finally, the night ended with some much-needed photo sessions. First, everyone took pictures, then teams and friends did too.
Closing the evening festivities with final toasts, we left with our spirits high and hearts full of joy.
Words of the Wise
Here’s what our CEO, Mr. Jigar Shah, had to say.
“What a way to cap off the year and celebrate our 9th successful year in the industry. You all have made this year remarkable. Now, let’s charge into the new year with the same passion and dedication. Go team!”
