About The Project
WP Order Alerts is a web app made for WooCommerce store owners who want to keep up with their orders more easily. The client came to us because they wanted to stop missing new orders and process them more quickly. They also wanted to make their workflow smoother and less stressful.
We worked with them to develop a system that sends real-time notifications straight to their phones. Now they never have to worry about constantly checking the dashboard. With features such as support for multiple stores, custom alerts, and offline notifications, WP Order Alerts helps store owners save time and keep their customers happy. Our focus on easy setup and helpful support means anyone can start using it right away.

Major Project Challenges
Many store owners were missing new orders because there were no instant alerts. This caused slower order processing and late shipments. Checking orders was also strict. Owners had to log in to the WooCommerce dashboard repeatedly, which slowed their daily work.
Owners also worried about missing out on customer satisfaction. Without timely order updates, customers sometimes felt left in the dark about their purchases. This led to more support requests and extra work for store owners, who wanted to keep their customers informed and happy but lacked the right tools to do so efficiently.
Managing more than one store was a hassle. Owners had to sign in to each store separately, making it hard to track orders and updates in one place. When there were many orders at once, the app sometimes slowed down. This made real-time notifications and order processing less reliable.
Getting help was sometimes hard, too. Users didn’t always have quick support to fix technical problems or ensure the app worked as well as possible.
Solutions & Impact
Our team began implementing strategic solutions to improve the platform’s performance and usability. We also wanted to ensure that the platform was scalable. With features like real-time notifications, we ensure users stay updated.
We centralized the entire store management by using a single interface to manage multiple WooCommerce stores, which allowed users to track and handle orders across businesses.
To improve performance, we configure the platform’s backend to handle high-volume orders, ensuring smoother operations during peak times. For adding custom notifications, we enabled personalized order alerts based on specific needs.
We delivered a solution that is easy to use for the users and intuitive as well. The customers were able to get regular updates on their order.
