Because of its continuous expansion, WPWeb is looking for a full-time highly-talented Senior Account Manager and an ideal candidate should be able to handle the job responsibilities with professionalism, passion and expertise, as well as possess the desired skills for consideration.
Job Profile
- As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients to drive business growth
- Responsible for managing inbound leads on regular basis and updating it to stakeholders
- Ability to understand client requirement and driving the client engagement to close the lead
- Will be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Develop account expansion strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with our business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Work with clients to understand their business goals and align our offerings accordingly.
- Liaise with project managers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor key account metrics, such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders on the status of strategic accounts.
Skill Required
- Ability to successfully close inbound leads and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Should possess good PR skills for Accounts Handling and Relationship Building
- Good Team Handling ability
- Excellent skills in writing, presentation & oral communication
- Think out-of-the-box in a dynamic and fast working environment
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
