Major Project Challenges
SmartFlyer was competing with online booking sites that made it hard to stand out. Most travelers today are used to planning trips themselves online, so showing the true value of a luxury advisor was a big task.
Reaching younger travelers was also a challenge. Many millennials and Gen Z want unique trips that fit their values, like eco-friendly choices, and are not always drawn to traditional luxury travel.
Keeping everyone connected was also difficult. With advisors and clients spread out around the world, making sure everyone stayed in touch and got fast support was not easy.
Another hurdle was making every trip feel personal, even as the client base grew. We needed to find ways to offer special service to lots of travelers without losing that personal touch.
Finally, growing the brand without losing its exclusive feel was key. As the business expanded, it was important to keep the same high standards and personal care that SmartFlyer is known for.
