About the Project
The Soccer Challenge had an innovative vision of developing a centralized platform for clubs, coaches, players, and parents to modernize youth soccer training and performance management. They wanted us to build a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Laravel to transform their idea of a centralized platform into a business reality.
Our developers created a platform that allows soccer clubs to onboard their organizations and manage coaches, training programs, challenges, and tournaments. Now, parents can register their children for professional clubs and have them participate in challenges or tournaments. We have implemented role-based access to the dashboards, allowing coaches to evaluate real-time performance and parents to track progress.
Additionally, the centralized platform includes an eCommerce store that offers product catalog management, merchandise sales, promotions, and discounts on The Soccer Challenge and club products.

Merchandise Store
We integrated an eCommerce store into the platform, enabling order and product catalog management, as well as merchandise sales.
Project Challenges
One of the major challenges was multi-club architecture. The platform needs to host multiple professional clubs, and we needed to build an architecture that ensures complete isolation of club-specific data. For instance, Club A should not be able to access Club B’s data, and vice versa.
Another challenge was performance tracking consistency. We had to ensure the players’ evaluation metrics remained consistent across coaches and clubs. Additionally, parents require easy-to-understand data to track children development and rankings.
Our major concern was subscription and eCommerce integration as the platform needed to support recurring subscription alongside merchandise purchase. Also, the platform had to scale with increasing clubs, coaches, players, and tournaments.
